Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Talent Acquisition Consultant:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday
- Lead the configuration and design process of the Recruiting CRM and recruiting modules, providing guidance on best practices and identifying any gaps in the current configuration
- Participate in regular design meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with our client's recruiting processes
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of CRM and recruiting modules
- Provide training and support for internal users as needed

Required Skills for Workday Talent Acquisition Consultant:

- 5-7 years of Workday Recruiting CRM experience, with at least 2 full implementations
- Proven experience in Workday CRM configuration and design
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Background in healthcare recruiting systems is required
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and internal teams
- Experience with Workday Studio is a plus but not a necessity
