Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Senior BI Analyst:

Collaborate with business units such as marketing, finance, and operations to define reporting needs and gather requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations
Work closely with data engineers to ensure the delivery of quality data to the business
Provide support and guidance to Tableau users, fostering self-sufficiency within the organization

Required Skills for the Senior BI Analyst:

Strong proficiency in Tableau and experience in developing advanced dashboards and visualizations
Solid understanding of data preparation for Tableau
Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Experience working with data engineering teams to validate data
Confidence in teaching and guiding others in the use of Tableau
