IDR is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This organization is a leader in the industry, providing specialized financial and accounting services. The role offers a chance to support critical accounting functions during a significant ERP system transition.
Position Overview for the Senior Accounting Analyst:
- Support daily accounting operations during the ERP go-live and stabilization phases
- Assist with parallel processing and reconciliation between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion
- Support month-end close activities during the stabilization period
- Identify and resolve data, system, and process issues to ensure operational continuity
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and implementation teams to improve processes
Requirements for the Senior Accounting Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live stabilization preferred
- Oracle Fusion experience is a plus but not required
- Strong Excel skills with keen attention to detail
