Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Salesforce Project Analyst to lead key initiatives within their Brand Management Platform & Openings department. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy project leader with hands-on Salesforce expertise and a strong background in Agile delivery.

The Salesforce Project Delivery Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce-related projects that enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and brand consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects across business units

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Manage Agile processes: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and testing scripts

• Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Ensure project goals align with broader hospitality brand and business objectives

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery

• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud preferred

• Experience in Agile project management; PMP or Agile certification is a plus

• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or HubSpot

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools
