Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:
Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team in securing and hiring talent
Coordinate interview scheduling on behalf of recruiters and communicate company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates
Create, post, and maintain job requisitions in the applicant tracking system
Coordinate weekly new hire emails to new hires and managers in advance of the upcoming hire date
Monitor new hires in the applicant tracking system to ensure all paperwork is completed
Assist in sourcing passive candidates in times of high volume or as necessitated by business objectives
Assist in leading new hire orientation alongside HR Generalists and with Monthly Team Meetings and team events across the team
Work with travel vendor to coordinate the travel for out-of-town candidates and coordinate the payment and reimbursement of travel expenses
Required Skills for Recruiting Coordinator:
One year of general office or business experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or business preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking software is a plus
