Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Manage full project lifecycle, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress; identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to meet deliverables.
Required Skills for Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of recent relevant project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other software development methodologies.
