IDR is seeking a PMO Manager to join one of our top clients for a long-term opportunity in DFW. This person will lead an enterprise-level IT Project Management Office and play a strategic role in guiding cross-functional teams and driving high-impact technology initiatives.

Position Overview:
The PMO Manager will be responsible for leading the direction, strategy, and performance of the IT PMO. This is a leadership-focused role centered on coaching project managers, aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals, and partnering with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy, operational planning, and vendor coordination.

Top Skills:

• 3+ years of experience managing or supervising project teams

• Strong background in IT budget planning and operations

• Proven leadership in project portfolio strategy and vendor management

Nice to Have:

• Experience modernizing legacy systems or implementing ERP platforms like Workday or Salesforce
