Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Merchandise Production Manager:

- Support the Production team through administrative tasks and systems support
- Develop and manage strong, open working partnerships with vendors/suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Track, monitor, and communicate all merchandise production requests, ensuring projects are sampled, tracked, approved, and moved into production in a timely fashion
- Work closely with the Sr Manager and Director of Merch Production to cater to all requests related to the production of goods
- This is a 3-month contract position with a high potential for extension

Required Skills for Merchandise Production Manager:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
- 2-6 years of coordinator/assistant level support, preferably in production
- Proficiency with workplace and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Monday.com, etc.)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
