Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Jr Help Desk Operator:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, addressing their queries and concerns via various channels like phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on computer hardware, software, and other IT-related problems.
- Document interactions, escalate complex issues, and follow up with users to ensure problems are resolved.
Required Skills for Jr Help Desk Operator:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Patience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware and software.
