This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, to contribute to the design, implementation, and administration of our client's Human Capital operations. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst:
 

• Provide primary support to the Principal of HRIS & Transformation for all systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, performance management toolkit, and any new systems implemented in the future.

• Understand and maintain system-related aspects of key Human Capital processes.

• Assist with ongoing system administration, including planned system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and report development.

• Participate in new system implementations/configurations, assist in developing technical and business requirements.

• Enable increased user adoption across the Human Capital team and firmwide via updating and maintaining training materials and responding to queries from system users.

Required Skills for HRIS Analyst:
 

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HRIS systems, particularly Workday.

• Experience implementing Human Capital technology solutions.

• Extensive experience using MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.

• Familiarity with HR-related industry standards & compliance requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong client service focus across all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize time efficiently when faced with multiple projects.

• A/B.S. in Human Resources, Information Technology, or business-related field (or equivalent work experience).
