Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst 1:
- Provide technical assistance to both internal and external customers for tier one issues in a high-volume call center environment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Monitor ticket queues, assign tickets to appropriate internal and external support staff, and escalate tickets until resolved
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
Required Skills for Help Desk Analyst 1:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information in a call center environment
- Experience as a Helpdesk Technician with hands-on knowledge in resolving issues with Outlook, MS Office, Win 7 and 10, and Active Directory
- Experience installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment
