Position Overview for the ERP Implementation & Training Specialist :Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from planning through post-launch support, while collaborating with stakeholders to design effective solutions. Oversee project timelines and budgets, conduct system testing, and stay aligned with industry best practices. Additionally, design and deliver tailored training programs, support end-users, and drive successful system adoption across the organization.
Required Top Skills for the ERP Implementation & Training Specialist :- 5+ years experience leading end-to-end ERP Implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Prior experience designing and delivering trainings across the different end-users.
- Must have experience communicating across all levels of the business - C-suite, Technical & Non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to travel and lead training across the different locations
