Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Change Manager:
- Oversee and validate change requests, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and assessed for risk and business impact.
- Enforce change management policies and procedures, ensuring consistent execution across all change types.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational needs and confirm readiness for change implementation.
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Participate in rotational on-call coverage for emergency changes and planned maintenance windows.
Required Skills for Change Manager:
- 5-10 years of experience in Change Management processes and operations.
- Strong working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Proven track record in driving process and operational excellence through structured change control.
- Experience in enforcing governance to maintain stability across IT environments while minimizing disruption.
- Proficiency with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or myTechExpress.
