Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Processing vendor invoices in various systems
- Communicating with vendors regarding new accounts, credit applications, payment status, and invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements and verifying and processing store/dealer deposits
- Researching discrepancies found in balancing daily retail store activity
- Processing and applying bill payments to the billing system
- Adhering to weekly/monthly/annual deadlines and record retention requirements
- Interacting with our client's team, including the accounting and purchasing departments
Required Skills for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Solomon software and other accounting software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work onsite at our client's location in Fort Morgan
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting work experience preferred

Compensation Details: $24/hr W2
