Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process vendor invoices in various systems
- Communicate with vendors regarding new accounts, credit applications, payment status, and invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and verify store/dealer deposits
- Research discrepancies found in balancing daily retail store activity
- Adhere to weekly/monthly/annual deadlines and record retention requirements
- Interact with accounting team, purchasing, and other departments while adhering to all company policies and procedures
Required Skills for Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Solomon software and other accounting software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, good communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting work experience preferred

Compensation Details: $24/hr W2
